Experienced Home Building Consultants
After a prolonged recession, the recent upswing in real estate activity has provided long-awaited opportunity for those in the homebuilding industry. As design consultants, homebuilders, tradesmen, and suppliers gear up to meet the renewed housing demand, they are challenged to find experienced human resources at all levels. Given that the consumersí expectations of quality are higher than ever, the industry is facing an unprecedented challenge that will have long-term consequences. While the most pressing matter today of finding the personnel to design, build, and manage these projects is significant, the more significant issue is that of quality control. Putting emphasis on training personnel, focusing on established policies or adopting new practices, reinforcing quality control procedures, and finding ways to deliver and communicate the message of quality to the consumer is the best strategy for success today.
At Pacific InterWest Building Consultants Inc., our roots in the homebuilding industry run deep. The men and women of our company share a major commitment to make our quality control programs, our seminar training series, and our home building industry publications the most cost-effective tools a homebuilder can use to achieve a higher level of product quality.
