CURRENT POSITIONS

Associate Inspector: Associate construction inspector to perform multiphase 3rd party inspection work at both single family and attached residential construction. Possibly some commercial and high rise work. Must have at least 3 years experience and be skilled at report writing. Non-confrontational personality. Must possess a current ICC Certification for Building Inspection. Day travel required. Auto allowance plus gas card. Salary range $4K-$5K/mo. plus bonus on monthly billable hours overage.

Assistant Contracts Administrator: This is an entry level or first step up position that reports to the Production Coordinator. Duties consist of front desk activities, inspection reports and photo cataloging.  Salary: $2700/mo.

Bookkeeping Assistant: This position requires a minimum of three years experience and formal bookkeeper education is a plus. Duties include accounts receivable billings and collections and cash receipts. Some insurance tracking. Reports to CFO. Salary: $2800/mo.

Book Sales: Seeking experienced book seller to make outside sales calls throughout California. Products consist of Company’s proprietary standards and maintenance publications as well as educational training seminars. Some overnight travel required. Auto allowance plus gas card. Salary $5000/mo. plus commission.
